Gumbeaux by Meaux

When the weather gets cool out, let’s grab our stock pot and put on a gumbo. We start with a roux, adding the holy trinity and broth, we season it generously and add proteins of choice, we let it simmer while we make the fixings. This class may contain pork and seafood. We like to make some steamy white rice, creole corn cake fritters and a lil bread pudding to complete the meal. This class is sure to warm you up.
