Tour through 4 of the major cultural areas of the country and discover the delicacies that make up their own special Regional Cuisines.
NE – Seafood, baked goods, and large dairy farms make up the local flavor of North Eastern diets. International influences from cities like New York, Philadelphia and Boston keep an ever-changing palate of flavors fueled to play off of regional favorites.
