We want to sharpen your skillsā¦knife skills that is. We will cut, chop, slice and dice in this class as we make Mediterranean fare. We will also be de-boning chicken for 2 great ways to use them in our meal. Making hummus and tzatziki from scratch in this class is also fun and tasty.
