We’ll explore through experience (tasting in oenophile parlance) a half dozen or so whites and reds (flights), enjoy some nosh (pairings), consider a number of factors that go into selection, and answer lots of your questions in a relaxed and non-judgmental environment. Wine lovers themselves, Brian and Sandy will guide you through a journey of discovery and delight, opening your mind and your pallet to the wondrous world of vitis vinifera.
