To many, the quintessential dessert…and a challenge to master.
Students will learn how to prepare a beautiful cake that does not require spackle upon completion, and will work together to make 4″ White Chocolate Cheesecakes for each participant to take home in a springform pan at the end of class.
As there is no instant gratification when it comes to cheesecake, Chef Sandy will provide a finished piece for show-and-tell-and-let-them-have-cake-NOW! Goes great with wine, so bring some if you’d like to enjoy a glass while you’re here.
