“Fiesta Tacos with a Twist”
Delight yourself in some Korean infused tacos made with short ribs that we will cook in our pressure cooker. We will make a homemade slaw to top our tacos made out of purple cabbage and soy sauce. As an appetizer we will make a shrimp ceviche with kimchi and finish off with a cocktail made by the chef.
